The military actions in Ukraine have shown an extremely high role of civil society in building the defense of the country, assessment of losses for the environment and needs for the restoration of regions. In this situation, we have formed a concept of priority promotion, based on the application of international standards, of methods of environmental damage assessment, taking into account the economic and social dimensions of the impact of military operations on the environment, and, accordingly, the implementation of European integration approaches in the field of environmental restoration, in the agreed format of the goals and objectives of the UN on sustainable development.
An important part of our conceptual approach is, at the same time, one of the significant global needs of humanity, with the aim of concerted action to strengthen attention to the accelerated implementation of comparable approaches and practices, the application of recognized and progressive rules, methods and standards related to the prevention and management of environmental risks and disasters, the restoration of degraded soils and landscapes, sustainable ecosystems with the maximum use of energy-saving technologies and modern means of digital and geospatial data processing, attracting large-scale investments and other means of donor assistance.

The multimillion volumes of forced migration of Ukrainian citizens, as a result of the full-scale aggression of Russian troops, have raised questions about the development of a concept of progressive socialization of migrants, taking into account the existing professional skills, as well as the need to develop new programs of international level of compliance, to acquire new professions and competencies of migrants. The development of a conceptual approach to professional development and involvement of migrants in international platforms in the format proposed by us will contribute to their accelerated integration into progressive European and other international programs for sustainable development, as well as to the expansion of opportunities for their return and worthy participation in the programs for the reconstruction of Ukraine, implemented by the Interagency Platform for Donor Coordination for Assistance to Ukraine, with the leading role of the EU.

According to the outlined conceptual approaches, activists of the Social Association HELPUA.PT, started a number of project initiatives in the form of ECO-PLATFORM OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT&GREEN TRANSITION (#ESD&GT), bringing together active and experienced experts in the format of Think-Tank community.
